-The size of the toy for the mentioned prose will be approximately 40-45 cm (the longest side)
*My toys were custom made. Not available. But I can repeat my work. Ask me when your toy is ready.*
-Taking care of a toy:
1) do not machine wash
2) gentle hand wash or dry wash only
3. Does not complain or returns if water has been used. After washing, the plush can become coarse and lose its appeal

The plushies are made as a decorum only. If used by the children only under adult's supervision and responsibility. Plushies may include small parts and internal wiring to make them poseable.
CustomToysPlush remains the right to cancel the order and to refund in complete the customer without explanations at any stage of the progress.

If a package comes damaged please file a report whilst the package is being handed to you. Do not let the postman go leaving you with a damaged parcel. Make post person document the fact of the damaged sending.
