Ontario Grade 9 Destreamed French (Complete Program)

If you are a brand new high school French teacher in Ontario, or even an expert who is looking for fresh material (or electronic copies), you're in the right place. This program is absolutely appropriate for the grade 9 destreamed French program in Ontario.

After having taught grade 9 French for 5 years, I have a pretty solid program that I online follow and that the kids enjoy. It more or less follows the On parles / Tu parles programs in Ontario, but here is what is covered, and can easily be applied to other provinces, territories and states:

Unité #1 - je me présente
vocab: numbers, days, months, school supplies and subjects
grammar: personal pronouns, present tense regular and irregular verbs, question words and the negative

Unité #2 - mes camarades et nos loisirs
vocab: adjectives, activities, expressions
grammar: adjective agreements, jouer à vs faire de

Unité #3 - ma vieille et nouvelle vie
vocab: action words and expressions about routines
grammar: past tense and reflexive verbs

Unité #4 - ma vision d'avenir
vocab: action words, activities, expressions about goal setting
grammar: future simple, direct and indirect object pronouns, comparative and superlative

Included in this bundle for each unit is:
unit plan
student cahier
teacher lesson slide show (with answer key for cahier and interactive game and video links)
final assessment (also found in cahier, but can be distributed separately and at the end of the unit)
rencontres rapides - speaking activity
French cheat sheet - review of elementary French (numbers, days, verbs, prepositions, articles, etc.)
