Even though the wood is sanded before shipment, it is recommended that you sand the wood before painting or staining. Due to the quality of this selected pine wood, the cost of the bookshelf is raised, compared to the other bookshelf products on my Etsy listings which will include visible knots and other natural imperfections.

It is advisable to place furniture anchors to the bookshelf if you plan to place the bookshelf is a high crowded area.

Due to the size and weight of the bookshelf, shipping costs are high because the bookshelf will be assembled when shipped, therefore you just have to unpack and use!
