This gorgeous evening ensemble was as classy in the 1920s as it is now. It includes the black satin and sequin gown, satin, organdy & jeweled fascinator hair ornament, lace thigh high stockings, velvet gloves, sequin lace choker and black glitter slippers. (Modeled here on an18 inch American Girl Doll.)

The Satin & Sequin Ball Gown
This timeless floor length evening gown has a bodice of black satin with an overlay of black sequin tulle and a second overlay of black tulle heavily embroidered with white cotton. It is lined in black satin. The full length skirt is black satin with an overlay of black sequins on black tulle. The tulle skirt, fitted at the front and gathered at the back, has a sprinkling of sequins at the waist graduating to a wide swath of compact sequins at the scalloped hem.

The Black Satin, Organdy & Jeweled Fascinator
The stylish headpiece is made of four flowers – a black organdy flower with black faux-pearls and rhinestones at its center, two large black satin rosebuds, and a black organdy flower with a 1940s starburst pin of clear prong-set rhinestones at its center. It fastens with an alligator clip underneath.

The Black Stretch Velvet Opera Length Gloves*
The rich black velvet gloves slip onto the doll's hands.

The thigh high stockings are made of black stretch lace.

The Organdy and Sequin Choker
The choker is made of white organdy online lace and white sequins, and a black gathered organdy ruffle. It fastens at the back with a snap.

The Black Glitter Slippers
The shoes are made of a lightweight synthetic fabric infused with black glitter. They are purchased.
