This vintage coffee pot or teapot is made of heavy china or porcelain. It was designed in the 1950s by Hans Roerich. The TC100 pattern is stackable. It was produced from 1967 to 2007, and I understand that is no longer being made. The pot has a locking lid that is matched up on the handle by 2 tiny blue online dots near the rim edge at the handle. This teapot has two small flaws. One is on the interior top edge of the rim. It is a shallow flake type chip. The other flaw is on the lid interior rim edge near the locking tab. This is a short stress type crack or fissure. It appears that it may have been a manufacturing flaw. The exterior and interior is clean and sparkling white, other than the two tiny blue dots, which are intentional. This teapot holds 5 cups.
