Original online Trilogy Inspired X-Wing Pilot Web Belt and Ejection Harness

This is a scratch built silver web belt and ejection harness matching the belts X-Wing Pilots wear in A New Hope, Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. These props are nearly movie accurate with all dimensions and was meticulously recreated using known measurements and reference photos from the film and follow the Rebel Legion CRL to the letter.

The Belt is stitched around the screen accurate silver (metal) roll-pin buckle. Additional flare pouches are added on the sides that will accommodate up to 6 flares each. The whole belt is then finished and weathered. The weathered metal buckle is covers the belt closure in the front. Flares are NOT included with the belt purchase, but I can direct you to an excellent seller on Etsy!

The Harness is constructed similar to the belt with a long strip connecting front to back between the legs and with two leg loops/hoops.

Please send me your waist measurements around your belly button with the costume pieces or suitable replacement layers (to mimic the bulk) for final trimming and finishing. I will also need you to measure from the center of your chest to the middle of your back to estimate the length of material needed for the long strap.

I will send this strap without Velcro or any other fastening material affixed to the ends. This part, I leave up to you! ;) They pinned the strap to the flight suits in the films so they would float independently under the flak vests. I have also seen newer flak vests that have a 2" strap keeper sewn underneath that you could loop online the belt thru. I'm personally not a fan of this method since the harness strap is then weighing down the flak vest.
