Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent and let drip dry. Do not agitate the fabric by scrubbing and rubbing. I usually hang my scarves over the shower curtain bar and put a towel on the floor for the drips and it dries in very little time. If needed iron your scarf with setting for silk or medium using a press cloth between the scarf and the iron. You can also use steam.
