This is a beautiful set of NOEL Christmas candle holders. They are made by Lipper and Mann and are in great condition. Only one minor green missing at top of N but no other issues. The red on the bottom appears to be wax like someone made sure they didn't move in a setting. Please see photos for condition and measurements.
