It was acquired at a meet and greet event in 1992. Since it was acquired in person there is no certification. Please compare the signature against those that have been authenticated. There is a second autograph above Willie's. I believe it was signed by his wife Annie but cannot guarantee it. As shown in the last picture there is yellowing on the back. It does not show up well in the picture but it is visible in person. Measurements: Top online to Bottom = 26" Pit to Pit = 19" Sleeve Length = 13".
