Vintage Gwen Pennington Woman's online Hat

online Vintage Gwen Pennington "Exclusive" woman's hat, dark blue in color with wide brim. Imported Italian wool felt. Back of hat has a fan of feathers in two different shades of dark blue with iridescent dark blue beads. Wide navy blue grosgain ribbon surrounds base with a bow at bottom of feathers. Hat is in mint condition, size 6 7/8 (21 1/2" inside circumference).
