Vintage 1940s 1950s style wool high neckline black wool austrian folk cape - UK 8 - 14 - 80s does 40s wool coat - online black wool goth coat

A fantastic vintage austrian cape with arm slits and pockets. No blend tags, it's a felt type of fabric and I'm pretty sure it's wool. It's about light medium to medium thickness, great for transitional weather, not for the dead of winter, though. The cape is edged with a knit edge, closes with one fabulous button below the neck an has a high neckline which is nice since you don't have to wear a scarf. The cape is not lined, it weighs less than you would expect looking at it so it won't weigh you down after long wear.

Condition: great ready to wear condition(basically looks unworn).

Measurements(taken flat): the measurements are taken from the outside and not doubled
Shoulders: up to 42m overall(please note this as it is the main measurement that has to fit you)

Comes to you gently soaked/washed in cool water and aired out - responds very well to it, dries pretty quickly; so I don't think you really need online to ever dry clean it, just soak it in your bathtub.(I do not recommend washing machine or hot water!)
