Wonderful Vintage Chimayo online Cardinal Red Zipper Purse Circa 1940’s

This is such a beautiful bag. It is an early Chimayo textile bag in fantastic condition!

The bag measures 8 1/2” x 6”. The zipper works great. The inside lining is beautiful with a few small spots. There is a small pocket inside as well. The color is called Cardinal Red. The bag has the classic geometric designs on the front.

There are no holes or damage on this weaving. It is an exquisite example of early Chimayo weaving art!
