Unfortunately this bag doesn't have the tag that used 2 be in it that helps authenticate. However, the person I purchased from here on Mercari did guarantee authenticity, she is highly rated, and she does have several authenticated items on her page right now. Besides the missing tag, this bag had 2 tears to canvas that she filled with online a crack repair compound. 1 is hardly noticeable, the other u can see it if u look 4 it but both are on the sides of purse & color matched as much as she could. There are a few pen marks on the inside. Painted pink & heavily sealed 4 protection. According to the original seller the company didn't use vachetta. Instead they used a treated leather which provides 4 good bonding of the paint.
