The ALPENLEDER BUTCHER knife roller brand new! Our Butcher is made from the leather of a whole buffalo skin. The extraordinary thing about our new roller is the "quater piping" on the edge of the leather. Only the best Täschner masters who understand their craft get this way!
A good cook, needs good knives. The valuable knives are covered by a suede so that they cannot be scratched online. In addition, there is an extra storage option in the roll, which can be closed with a zipper. This means that other important small parts are also safely stowed away.
