I suspect it is a scene from Florida
with the galvanized building and the shady setting.

It was very dirty when I found it, but the exterior of the glass
and frame cleaned up very well.

The image measures 16 x 12 inches inside the matte
and about 22 by 18 at the edges of the frame.
