inch foam ( no batting that will shift when washed) covered in cotton fabric. Has a nice sized attached pillow online and fleece blanket. I will add a patch with the child's name embroidered when you order.
Remove the foam and pillow through the openings, attach the Velcro flaps to the Velcro on the body of the mat ( this keeps the Velcro from snagging the embroidery during washing). Machine wash cool water on gentle cycle and hang to dry.
