Viking Glass - #7036 & #7033 - 2" Lighter online and 3 1/2" Ashtray in Ruby Glass - circa 1971 - Viking Epic Ruby

The 7033 & 7036 lighter and ashtray first appeared together in the 1971 Viking Catalog. The ashtray had been in production before, but the catalogs I have online been able to research did not have this lighter till 1971.

They are part of Viking's Epic Ruby line and are made of beautiful Ruby glass.

The ashtray does have one small bubble in it, which is visible in the pics. The backside of the ashtray, near the base, small blemish. The spot is smooth, not rough like a chip. it feels like it is just a small flaw vs damage.

The lighter apparatus is not complete and is not, I believe, the original mechanism. I believe the original part was a chrome/silver metal rather than a dark brass.

Ashtray is 4" across and 3" tall.
Lighter is 2 5/8" across and 2 1/2" tall.
