This ring can be customized to your requirements - 9K, 10K, 14K, or 18K Yellow, Rose or White Gold as well as platinum or palladium and set with whatever gemstone combination you would like.

RETURN INFORMATION

In striving to deliver continued high levels of customer care and attention we know that we exceed the majority of our customers' expectations.

However, we do appreciate that a piece of jewelry may simply not suit the recipient. Please do contact us and we will do our best to advise on an alternative design from our collection that may be more suitable or we can offer a refund if returned within 14 days of purchase.

If your purchase is simply the wrong size then we will be happy to exchange it for the correct size.

Please note that due to the labor and materials that go into creating customized pieces these are non-refundable unless damaged in transit and you notify us immediately. Customized pieces can be difficult or impossible to resell so it is important that you ask as many questions as you feel you need to.
