This Vintage Stoneware Triple Hanging Planter was wheel thrown in 3 separate pieces and joined together by hand by my Mother, Suzanne L. Ormond, in the '70's. It is made from clay body and glaze formulas she created exclusively for her own use. She used a brush to apply Blue, Brown and Green glazes in the shapes of flowers on the bottoms of each piece. The piece was then dipped in transparent glaze to give it a sheen. It is strung with blue and white braided fishing line for many years of life outside. Line is decorated with wood and glass beads. Is perfect planter for herbs, succulents or air plants. Has holes for proper water drainage.
