This is a cosplay of the PE uniform from Boku no Hero Academia. I wore it twice but years ago, so it's been sitting in my closet since then. Still in good condition and it's a good outfit. Measurements are: Waist - 27" unstretched to about 32" online stretched Inseam - 30" Length - about 40" Bust - 47" Shirt length - about 24".
