This jewellery set of hoop online earrings with a little wooden necklace is sustainable, unique, light, and extremely wearable. Handmade, shaped and polished, then individually painted, it makes the perfect 5th wedding anniversary gift, or just a treat for yourself! DETAILS

NECKLACE ~
-The chain is 50cm in length, I'm still on the hunt for recycled silver chain so for now this is ordinary 925 sterling silver.
-The painted wooden drop is approximately 20mm long and 20mm wide.

EARRINGS~
- The sterling silver hoops are 20mm in diameter, and hand made by me from recycled Eco silver.
- The wooden drops are approximately 20mm long and 20mm wide

The design is hand painted with artists acrylics, and protected with extra matt varnish. The wood is polished with a beeswax and hemp oil product, made from British grown hemp and high welfare beeswax.

The set comes in a recycled and fully recyclable envelope, gift box and packaging.

BIANCA ROSE WOOD

It's easy to feel good about wearing jewellery made from recycled wood. Smaller pieces of this amazing material are so often thrown away, all of the beautiful woods in my workshop were rescued from waste of one kind or another, many from my past life as a furniture maker. Cutting and shaping each piece by hand allows me to use wood which it just wouldn't be economical to laser cut, and to waste as little as possible of these wonderful woods.

This set is made from beautiful Mahogany, a precious tropical hardwood with rich reddish tones. This wood was discarded by a local carpenter, headed for landfill, deemed too thin to be of any use. It was rough saw, but after a bit of processing this gorgeous timber emerged! It was a bit like finding buried treasure!

Wood by its very nature has infinite variations of pattern and tone, making each and every pair of earrings completely unique. Add hand painted detail and there you go, jewellery as individual as the person wearing it.

The green, coral and gold design on this set are a geometric design inspired by a beautiful sunset. There is something about these colours together.... who do you love to watch the sun go down with?

All my jewellery is made to a high standard, and will happily deal with a drop of rain, but please don't wear it in the shower - wood and water are not the best of friends! Also do your best to keep it away from perfumes and cosmetics.
