I use environmentally friendly and responsibly sourced materials. I use non-toxic water soluble glue and paint. The genuine leather is from animals used in the food industry such as cow and pig. These organic materials are a planet-healthier choice than plastic derived faux materials:)

A simple and elegant black pony ear. Available in matte or gloss finish, as well as alternate colors on request. Made from 3 to 4 ounce vegetable tanned cow leather and water shaped into form. The ear angle is pricked or "at attention," nearly straight up at the sides of the head and pitched slightly forward.

There are 4 small nickel rivets at the base of each ear which create the pockets for the headband to slide through. The ears will be shipped on a black lacquered 5mm metal headband. Ears can be carefully adjusted to slide up or down the band to fit the curve of your head.

The ear angle is pricked or "at attention," nearly straight up at the sides of the head and pitched slightly forward. They reach about 2.5 inches in height from the crown of the head.

Ear Care Instructions

Keep Dry. If you are wearing your ears outdoors where it may drizzle, maybe bring a couple zip lock bags to pop over your ears like little raincoats.

Don't expose to flame or high temperatures or store in direct sunlight.

Don't crush.

Best to store on the online band and on a headform or other support. You may wish to keep the shipping box for storage.

How to Wear

The ears are made so you can position them along the band, but it is best to find your favorite position and leave the ears fixed there. Consistent repositioning of the ears along the band may contribute to the leather cord on the bottom becoming loose.

These ears were hand shaped and are a one of a kind piece and may not be completely symmetrical. *Colors may vary slightly from photographs.
