This Senator has served somebody very well, for a very long time, and yet still remains functional and ready to serve it's new owner. The mild plating loss and wear online show just how much the previous owner loved using this early open comb, twist-to-open razor. And I can't blame him! There are a couple of very slightly bent corner teeth which don't effect the shaving experience.
The Senator is one of the best razors ever made by Gillette, in my humble opinion, and I have two in my collection to ensure that I will never be without one. This Senator could definitely stand a little TLC and perhaps even a trip to the replater, but that is up to you. Included with the razor is a blade sampler so that you can use this wonderful razor as soon as you receive it. The razor has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
