This vintage 80s luxurious velvet and felt hat in deep blue color is in beautiful condition. Designed by Oscar De La Renta Millinery. The velvet material can be felt around the entire bell shaped brim of the hat with online soft felt towards the top. The large bow is worn towards the front leaving extra glamour and shimmer for that head-on runway look.

Measurements:
Inner rim measures approx 22" or 56 cm. Fairly easy to adapt and be worn on most heads from small to medium-large but not extra large. May be a one size fits all if clipped or resting.

Wonderful condition, stored with care. Lightly or never worn.
