As most of you know, I recently wrote a best-selling book on Abstract painting, “Abstracts in Acrylic and Ink”. While I'm known for my colorful and whimsical creations, I feel more and more drawn to abstract painting as I progress in my career as an artist, author and national instructor. I'm very blessed to have the ability to switch genres with little trouble, when I'm in the mood for reflection and discovery-you'll find me painting abstracts. Most of my abstract work is quite structured in a ‘loose' sense. I love exploring color families, the interrelationship of shapes as if they are puzzles of my life I'm trying to put together. Each piece is like a glimpse into my thoughts, desires, dreams, online and struggles. • Without telling you what to see in each piece, I'd rather give you a hint with the title of what I was thinking about and let you imagine the rest
