This terrific porcelain coffee service set was produced by Mikasa as part of their 'Focus Shaped' series circa 1960s. It is a soft apple green and white. The set includes a lidded carafe, six cups, sugar and lidded creamer and the lid of the butter dish as the base is no longer with the set. The coffee spout still has it's original plastic protector on it's tip. There is a small chip on the rim of one of the cups and a flea bite on the handle of another as shown in the photos. The carafe with the lid is 7 1/4" in height and the cups approximately 3 1/4" in height. This set is a perfect example of mid century modern design and is online in beautiful vintage condition. It could be used and is fabulous on display.
