This witch is thinking she's scary, but it's just not happening! She is so adorable in all her green skin and halloween finery! The heart shaped bib and upper skirt are covered with Ms Witchful Thinking in her colorful dress complete with kittens catching a ride on her hat, and her cute pumpkin treat pail. the lower skirt, waistband and pocket are an all over print of half moons and stars. The ties are candy corn and dots. All bib edges are finished with orange bias tape and the skirt edges are finished with black bias tape. The bib and pocket are accented with lime rick rack. You need this to play hostess for the big Halloween party!
