Does have some wear as shown. Some writing on the first few pages inside. Books were given to a University in Michigan in 1889. Each book is inscribed this in the first page. So these books lived their life in a University and still survived. Volume 2's prologue / portrait page has fallen unglued from seam but still there loose as shown. Any questions feel free to ask!!!
