Model of a Zulu online Herring drifter fishing boat WK585 Windward, based in Wick, Caithness. Made from Mussel shell, wood, brass and copper wire. Displayed within a glass display case.

Built for owner J. Anderson in 1889.

Zulu's were a common sight along the coast of Scotland. They were a sturdy design and fast, with a large hold for the catch. Many were later converted to motor power.
