This is a working Cplay2air wireless CarPlay adapter. If you have a car or stereo which supports wired CarPlay, you can plug this into the USB-A port and once set up it's wireless CarPlay. It works great but we changing phones and cars so, I no longer need online the adapter. You do have to have a car or stereo which already supports CarPlay for this to work.
