online This tutu dress is made of tulle and there's a chest piece that is covered with flowers. The color of the tulle and the color of the flowers (located on the chest piece) can be changed. Also you can request multiple tulle colors and flower colors.
It's perfect for portrait pictures, flower girl dress and Birthday Parties.

Please select your size according to length. The crochet top does stretch so don't worry about the chest measurement.
Slips are not needed due to the 5 layers of tulle however if you little one plans on running, jumping or playing in the skirt, I would suggest getting a slip
