After submitting your order, please send the photo you'd like turned into a portrait via chat. This is a great way to celebrate your first house, or as a housewarming gift, realtor closing gift, or first house gift.

Made to order - after sending me your photo and determining your background color, I will get to work creating your portrait. Satisfaction is guaranteed! I'm happy to make adjustments to your online portrait to ensure I am capturing the right emotions.

I will send you the completed portrait as a digital download, formatted for 8.5” x 11" paper. Here you can download and print as many times as you'd like, and adjust the sizing to fit your needs.
**Although you will receive a shipping notification, note that nothing is actually being shipped.

All prints are original digital house illustrations I've hand-painted myself. For personal use only. Sharing and commercial use is not permitted.

**For digital prints I do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with your print, it is likely an issue of the quality of printer you are using. There are many companies/stores that offer printing services, if this is the case. Please note that depending on the printer quality, colors may slightly vary from what is seen online.

HOW TO ORDER
1. Select the background color you'd like.
2. Optional: Customize your portrait further with a last name, address, or quote (ex. “Home sweet home”).
3. Submit your order.
4. Send me your photo of the home via chat. I will reach out if I don't receive a photo.
5. I create a proof of your portrait.
6. You approve the proof.
7. I send the portrait to you in JPEG and PNG file types. Other file types are available on request!

HOW DO I PRINT THIS FILE?
Any printer will do the trick, though higher-quality printers produce higher quality prints.
I'd suggest using a professional printing business for the best quality!
