Known for its Gurgling Jugs and founded in 1948, Dartington pottery is one of England's iconic studio pottery centres.

Many important potters have worked there, most notably Marianne de Trey.

This is a lovely mid size kitchen jug that feels really nice and comfortable in the hand.

Great shape with a lightly upward spout.

Beautiful blue glaze with traces of iron red showing through

I am not sure of its age but it is probably 1980s or so.

Good condition with no damage. online Light wear and a patch to the inside of the spout is unglazed.
