IF WE'RE PRINTING FOR YOU this purchase will act as a non-refundable deposit that will go toward your final purchase price.
After you approve the first proof of your personalized design we will bill you separately for the printing and envelope costs (If there were additional costs) & we will provide you with your second proof, if needed. Pricing quotes will vary according to special requests and quantities requested. A custom quote will be available along with your first proof if needed.
IF WE'RE PROVIDING THE DIGITAL FILE FOR YOU TO PRINT ON YOUR OWN this $20 is payment in full for the digital file.

• You reserve a spot in our production calendar
• You will receive a printing and production timeline detailing targeted proofing, printing and due dates for your purchase.
• You will receive 2 digital proofs (based on the details you give us in Step 3) 5-7 business days after we receive your order confirmation and your $20 deposit.

3. DETAILS –

4. PROOFS –
- Two rounds of digital revisions are included in your total price, allowing you to fine tune your save the date.
You will receive your first digital proof within 3 business online days after we receive your order confirmation and your payment. Please review the proof with several sets of eyes and let us know of any corrections, revisions or requests. We will do our best to accommodate your revisions within the following 3 business days. Any additional changes beyond this point will result in an additional fee of $15 per revision.
5. APPROVAL of your FINAL PROOF -
- After the digital proofs and custom pricing are approved you may place a full order.
An estimated date of arrival will also be given to you at this time based on your custom order and location.
6. PAYMENT -
– After your final review and proof approval, your remaining balance (if you have one) will be due before final printing and production begins. Shipping payment arrangements will be finalized at this time.
7. PRINT & PRODUCTION -
- Your order will be sent to print. Please allow 6-8 business days for printing and shipping if you are located in the US. If you are located outside the US please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery of your order.
• If rush services are needed... just ask! We will do our best to accommodate your time constraints.
8. SHIPMENT -
- All orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx Ground. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-5 days after shipment, whereas international orders vary by location. We will send you the tracking information so you know just when your Timelines will arrive! Shipping payment is due before these leave our office.

In the unlikely event that something isn't quite how you thought it would be upon delivery please let us know as soon as possible so that we can do our best to resolve the issue. We love being a part of your big day and we want to bring you smiles and relieve some of your stress – not add to it. We resolve issues in a case by case manner. If something pops up, we will do our best to make you happy, however we do not offer refunds and the $20 fee is a non-refundable deposit.
