Limited Edition Snowy Owl Giclee Print, "Tundra" from Rosman, online NC

This is a fine art Limited Edition of 100 Giclee print, created from my original acrylic painting on canvas. The image printed is 15" x 24" and is printed on archival matte paper with a white border. All limited edition prints are signed and numbered by online the artist and include a Certificate of Authenticity, verifying the value of the print.

This is a fine art Giclee print of a rare Snowy Owl that was seen in the mountains of Western North Carolina in December, 2013. Snowy Owls normally reside in the arctic, occasionally coming further south during the winter, but almost never as far south as North Carolina. In fact, this Snowy Owl (aka “Tundra”) was the first spotted in Western North Carolina since the late 1800's.

Unfortunately, Tundra became weak and unable to fly and had to be rescued by my husband, Carlton, who is a Federally licensed Wildlife Rehabilitator. Tundra has since made a remarkable recovery, but will remain in captivity due to a permanent foot disability.
