Items are shipped to the address you provide to Etsy because we use Etsy shipping labels. You will receive a shipping notification via email once your shipping label has been printed. The email will include a tracking number that you can use to track your package.
PLEASE understand that once your package is marked “Acceptance” by the shipping agent, I no longer have any control over it. Please don't blame me for any poor service that the shipper may provide.
If an item is approved for return, the return shipping is paid by the customer and a 20% restocking fee will be applied to cover time and supplies used to pack and ship the order. Refund amounts will be for item only, not any shipping amounts.
