1960s Vintage Straw and Black Patent Leather online Hat By Vogue Hats

1960s hat. It is made of straw with the downturned brim draped in black patent leather. A patent leather bow perches at the side front. Inside is lined in plastic mesh.

Inside circumference is 21 inches. It is made to perch on the top of the head so will fit most sizes.
