Vintage 60's Waldybag - Tan Brown Leather - Top Handle - Elbief Silver Metal online Frame - Made in England

This is a beautiful and unusual 60's Waldybag, made in England by H. Wald & Co, the features are:-

Glossy tan brown croc patterned leather
Silver tone metal frame, made by Elbief of England
Silver tone metal modernist style 'charm' hanging from one of the handles
Secure push clasp fastening
Double top handles
Lined with russet coloured silk fabric
Two internal pockets for lipstick, compact, mirror etc. Each pocket is edged with silver coloured leather
Dainty size, suitable for a variety of occasions

The dimensions are:-

Height (exclusing handles) - 7.25 inches (18.5cm)
Width (at widest point) - 8.5 inches (21.5cm)
Depth - 2.75 inches (7cm)

Condition:

Outside leather - superb condition, with only very minor scuffs at the corners
Handles - excellent, with barely any signs of wear
Stitching - perfect condition
Frame and clasp - excellent condition
Lining - slight age related discolouration but very clean online and unmarked
