Vintage English Lefton Porcelain 5 online cup Teapot w Blue Flowers Speedwell Flowers?, Made in England

Vintage online English Lefton Porcelain 5 cup Teapot. I am not sure of the exact age of the teapot. High Gloss white background that has a ribbed swirl design to it. On the front and back it features blue flowers that to me look like Veronica Creeping Blue Speedwell. A pink ribbon is found at the bottom of the flowers. The same pattern that is found on the front is also found on the back. The floral pattern of blue flowers are also noted on the stem but there are no flowers on the handle. The lid on the teapot also has the blue flowers with pink ribbon on both sides.

The teapot is fully marked on the bottom, Lefton, Made in England. It is a large teapot that filled to the top holds 5 cups of water. If making tea, I would recommend only filling it to about 4.5 cups so it does not overflow. The teapot is ever so clean with no tea stains or smells. No chips, cracks or crazing. I did note a tiny pin hole on the handle from when it was made. So hard to get a picture of as it is very small. The teapot measures with the lid on about 7.5" tall with a span from the tip of the sprout to the tip of the handle about 9" wide.

It is a heavy teapot and thus the shipping is a bit higher. As always, if I have over charged on the shipping over 2.00, we always refund any excess.

Just a gorgeous teapot whether for display or your tea. Also, makes a lovely gift to someone special. So sorry but we don't have the original box it came in as it is vintage in nature.
