1980’s Black and White Glam online

1980s glamorous cocktail dress. Ruched vertical from shoulder to waist, with large shoulder pad creating a draped short sleeve. Sequin embellished waist band continuing to a ruched skirt with a 12” front slit. Tag is Abby Kent made in USA size 8. Great condition. Small stain on top. Please see photo for details.
