Please, practice working the clasp before you wear it! (I've had it stuck on my wrist several times because I forgot what to press!) To close: slide in tongue, if you don't hear a click press back of clasp to lock in place. Open: press & hold double bar while sliding out tongue. It is in great vintage condition. Hinges between panels work freely clasp works good. Clean with a damp jewelers cloth - don't use liquids or pastes - they'll gum up your hinges!.
