CUSTOM ARTWORK PROCESS: After you purchase a custom artwork listing, message me with the details of would you would like me to create for you. You can send source images and colors. After I create your artwork I will send you an image for your approval. Small edits and updates can be made. All artwork will be done in the style of Suzi Blue Designs.

SHIPPING: Each drawing is carefully packed and shipped in a heavy duty mailing envelope. Turn around time is 10 to 14 days plus shipping time. All domestic and international orders will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. Free shipping on all domestic orders over $35.

RETURN POLICY: Variations in artwork are not reason for return. We are not held responsible for artwork damaged in the mail. However, if it appears your artwork was damage due to a packing error, I will gladly replace it.
