Her teacher wanted white laces that's why they are not laced. They are in good condition and comfortable. It's the perfect starter pair if your son or daughter is just starting out or already dancing. ***These little shoes can be very expensive!! They range from $50- $150. I can include a pair of black laces if you need them*** There is gaffers tape on one of the toes because they danced on a slick floor.
