This is a nice hand carved hand painted wood religious cross. The item is a nice work of art religious cross carving. The item is made of wood with figural carvings. The cross is in the shape of a Celtic cross (see photos). The painting is painted on canvas (see photos). The cross is not marked by a maker or artist (see photos). The item measures in total about 21.75 inches high, it is about 1 inch thick and it is about 12.5 inches wide from side to side. The cross looks like it once once broken and it has been glued back together, with some wood loss, some scuffs, scratches, finish losses and wear (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item). This is a nice vintage carved wooden religious cross to add to your collection.
