Mid Century Modern Rattan Bamboo Cane Wicker Round online storage basket, box, 1950s design, authentic, original lining

Very cool original Mid Century Modern open circular shaped storage basket or box. Made from bamboo cane and rattan/wicker. The basket stands sturdy and stable on three half moon shaped feet, has a natural plywood bottom, and is lined with its original blue fabric, and there are stains visible along the bottom, and it tears easily due to its age. There's a tiny tear in the seam on the bottom.
Perfect for holding your sofa/couch blankets, extra pillows, knitting project, magazines or books; online everything stored handy within reach.
This piece of vintage furniture is in good condition with normal age-related signs through scuffs and faded finish. I found this authentic 1950s basket and left it in its original condition, because a new owner can easily have it reupholstered or turned into his or her style/taste. It could be a fun project. I have gently (superficially) cleaned it and oiled the rattan.
