Stunning Antique Victorian black and cut steel beaded purse for evening wear or a wedding. Fabulous scrolled frame with click latch in silver metal. I have not tested to see if it is sterling silver. It is extremely detailed and ornate with a wristlet strap of black velvet fabric attached to the frame top.
