HOW TO ORDER

1. Choose the item(s) you would like to purchase then select your options and complete the order.

2. Please send us your photos via messages.

3. We will send you proof first. You can request up to 3 times of revisions if needed for no additional charge.

4. We will send you a high-quality JPEG file with your artwork on which you can print at home or in a shop.

❤️️ I DON'T HAVE A GROUP PHOTO, CAN YOU DRAW US TOGETHER?
YES! Please send individual photos and I can draw them together for you! If you need to change the outfit, that is OK as well!

❤️️WHAT SIZE IS THE FILE? HOW LARGE CAN I PRINT IT?
For sizes, I usually do between 3000 to 6000 pixels depending on the design of the drawing. They all can be printed in high resolution. People have us to print it on canvas up to 48 inches and they all look great. If you have any special requirements for dimensions, please let me know when ordering.

❤️️ Will YOU DRAW HALF BODIES OR FULL BODIES?
By default, I draw half bodies for people and half bodies or full bodies for pets. I will choose the best option for drawing all the characters. If you'd like me to draw full bodies for people, there is an extra charge of $15 for each person.

❤️️ HOW ABOUT BACKGROUND?

I online will use a solid color/pattern or draw a simple background to match the subject(s). If you need me to draw the background specifically to your drawing, there might be an extra charge. Please send me a message if you need me to draw the background.
