US based seller. Hair is soft and uncut with no missing plugs, and it still has some slight curl. Body is clean overall. Slight yellowing on eartips, edges of hooves, etc. The only online things I see on her are an age spot on her neck, and a small ink spot on the bottom of one of her back hooves.
