Wooden Incense Holder Box
Eusi's wooden Moroccan incense burner/storage boxes are adorned with hand-laid faux gems and crystals that open in the center to store your incense sticks. Insert an incense stick at the end of the burner, the ashes will fall in the divot of the burner. Because each box is handmade a slight color variation may vary from the photo. Beautiful hand-carved incense holders that also serve as decorative storage pieces. Choose from several designs and sizes.
The Ashtamangala designs are the 8 Auspicious Symbols in Buddhism, as well as venerated in Hinduism and Jainism. They are conch, endless knot, fish, lotus, parasol, vase, dharma chakra, and victory banner.
The Tibetan text features the popular manta "Om Mani Padme Hum." This has a deep philosophical meaning and can more literally be translated as "The jewel is in the lotus."
All versions open on the top with a hinged lid. There is a hole to insert stick incense, and a metal tray to catch the ash. Once closed, the smoke will emanate from a slot on the top. In addition, there is a drawer on the side that allows for the storage of more incense! A great traditional design.
Thank you
