Though currently empty (except for two keys that may or may not work ), it originally held a variety of medicines and tools. Overall for the age I think it's in good condition. There is evidence of age as you can see there are a few blemishes on the other side of the bag. Regarding the inside, it's cloth lined has two pockets and in great vintage condition.
